PLACING YOUR ORDER:
Here at Polly & Pop, all items are individually handmade upon receiving your order. Our current turnaround times will always be displayed on the banner at the top of our website, however these are only an estimate and are subject to increase during busy periods + new releases. PLEASE NOTE: we do not offer cancellations or refunds due to change of mind or wait times not being factored in upon placing your order. 

Please ensure to enter all of your details properly when placing your order, including your email address so that you receive accurate and up to date information regarding tracking updates etc. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for customer details not being correctly entered when ordering and will use the information provided by you directly for contact and shipping updates

GARLANDS/HANGING LETTERS:

As is stated on each product page and in the ordering instructions shown for our Garland and Hanging Letter items, due to the varying textures, types, prints and quantities for our available fabrics swatches, I will assign each print you have chosen to the letters for your Garlands. Please keep this in mind when ordering, as requests for specific prints per letter are not currently accepted

Please note that due to the nature of the fabrics and materials used during the making of our Garlands, some fraying may occur on the edges of the letters. This is not a flaw in the product, and is a natural occurrence with raw edging on fabrics. Please do not pull or pick at any fraying that does occur as this may cause damage or compromise the surrounding threads. Thank you
