ORDERS:
Our Bibs & Bows are all individually handmade upon placing your order, which means there will be a waiting period/turnaround time once your order has been received. Please see the banner at the top of our page for our current expected turnaround times.
Please Note: Our turnaround times are an estimate only, and are subject to increase during busy periods such as sales and new releases.
Please carefully consider our turnaround times upon placing your order, as we do not accept change of mind or cancellations due to wait times not being factored in.
Important: Please ensure that all details are entered correctly during the checkout process, including your name, address and email address. This will help ensure that you are kept up to date with your order from the time that it is confirmed to the time that it has been dispatched and delivered. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for customers entering their details incorrectly, all of our post labels are copied directly from the information entered by you, so it is important to double check that all spelling and numbers are correct and up to date.
 
POSTAGE:
We offer Australia wide tracked postage on all of our parcels through Australia Post. 
We have 2 post options for you to choose from:
Standard Post: $11.00
Express Post: $15.00
Please carefully and correctly enter your details during the checkout process (including your email address) to ensure that you receive your order updates and tracking details. An email will be received upon placing your order to confirm your items and details, and a secondary email will be received once your order has been posted with details for you to track your parcel through AusPost.
  
 CLICK & COLLECT:
We also offer free Click & Collect on orders for our customers based in Mudgee NSW. Please keep an eye on your emails for communication based around your order and the collection point, and remember that our usual turnaround time still applies to orders being collected.
