Q. How long will my order take to be made and posted after it has been placed?
A: Our turnaround times vary and are always listed at the top of our website, however these are only an estimate, and are subject to sudden increases during busy periods such as sales, new releases etc.
Q: Do you offer postage outside Australia?
A: Due to updated prices and policies through Australia Post, Polly & Pop have paused postage to all overseas locations (including New Zealand) indefinitely. Please keep an eye on our website or our Instagram @pollyandpop for further internationalpost updates
Q. Do you offer Click & Collect?
A: Yes we do! We have free pick up options available for our Mudgee locals and will contact you via email once your order is ready to be collected
