Q. How long will my order take to be made and posted after it’s been placed?
A: Our turnaround times can vary and are always listed at the top of our website, however these are only an estimate, and are subject to sudden increases during busy periods such as sales, new releases etc.
Q: Do you offer postage outside Australia?
A: We currently offer flat international postage rates for New Zealand, UK + Canada. If you would like your order sent outside one of our standard international zones please email pollyandpop@outlook.com to organise custom postage options
Q. Do you offer Click & Collect?
A: Yes we do! We have free pick up options available for our Mudgee locals and will contact you via email once your order is ready to be collected!
